As a small business, shipping is expensive – we do not get postage deals like Amazon or other big corporations. The amount we spend for shipping rarely covers the actual cost of shipping. Therefore, to reduce the chance that a product is not right for you and will require a refund, we encourage you to reach out to us with your questions! Need a better idea of the colour or dimensions? Would you like some additional pictures of the product? Please contact us – we are only too happy to provide you with as much detail about each of our products as we can.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can submit a request through our contact form with your name, order number, and reason. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items being shipped back to us for return must be postage paid and shipped in their original or equivalent packaging. For returns, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for products returned damaged. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.
We will notify you once received and inspected. We’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process this refund.
